7 easy steps on how to attach your DJ Skin :

1. switch off the device
and possibly let it cool down.The colder that is Skin and your device is, the less adhesive it is.The warmer it Skinis, the stronger the glue.So make sure that you place it in a cool environment - this makes it easier for you!

2. clean the device
Before attaching your DJ Skin, we recommend that you clean your unit with a static cloth.

3. remove knobs & faders
Remove faders and knobs.If they cannot be easily removed, use a cake fork to lever them out. You should protect the surface of your device with a cloth. Important! Pioneer Dj has installed a so called P-Lock system on the line and cross faders - you can find an explanation in our tutorial.

4. Remove DJ Skin from the carrier foil.
Carefully peel off the Skin backing film.Please pay attention to thin bars, and make sure not to damage them.Take your time when removing it.

5. position DJ Skin on your device
Orientate yourself on cut-outs, buttons etc. and place yours Skin in the right place. As long as you don't press it, you can always reposition it.(Exception: on Plexiglas, because of the smooth surface it Skin will attract a little faster)

6. your Skin fixation
Now press yours Skin on your device. First tap on the Skin, and then stroke from the inside to the outside.

7. attach knobs & faders
After you have attached all skins, you can mount the faders and knobs again.
